After playing Gary Slechta’s fresh new Christmas series last December in LA, world-renowned studio trumpeter WAYNE BERGERON said, “Wow! We need to record an entire CD of this stuff!” Fifteen titles were selected and recorded in LA last summer, and are now available exclusively at this web site. Even though you’ll recognize many familiar Christmas titles, the arrangements are “clever and fresh” (Wayne’s words) and are sure to add new sparkle any group’s Christmas library. Wayne opted to add bass and drums to some of the cuts, but the arrangements are all scored for traditional Brass Quintet.
